General Information:
We will be able to do early set up on Friday. Please arrive no earlier than 1 PM unless you would like to help set up tables. At 6PM we will lock up and head to dinner.
Classes will begin Saturday morning at 8AM. If things go smoothly I can dream about being done by 6PM Saturday night but we should remain realistic with a more accurate 8PM.
The raffle will be drawn at 3PM so be sure to look them over throughout the day and get your tickets.
Rules:
MODEL HORSE SHOWS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FUN SO HAVE FUN!
1. This show is for MINI scale models ONLY. This means Paddock Pal/Pebbles scale and under. Foals must be in scale to the adult horses.
2. All brands other than Peter Stone will show in the Breyer/Other Plastic Division
3. We will use the EMCAT tag system and all horse lists should be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on February 22 to Brad (dosnut at yahoo.com). Each horse should have a tag following the directions at the bottom of this page.
4. Classes will be DOUBLE judged for both breed and collectability at the same time.
5. All placings are final. Do not argue with the judge. If you have a concern you may politely ask the judge or hostess for clarification.
6. Do not touch models that do not belong to you. If you damage another participant's model you are responsible for that repair.
7. Classes may be split at the judge’s discretion.
8. Entry includes 3 horses in each halter class, 2 entries in each performance class and ONE six-foot table. Horses may only be entered in one class regardless of placing. We will have dollar buy-ins!
9. Each class will be placed 1-6 and receive placing cards.
10. Section Champion & Section Reserve Champion will receive a rosette.
11. Division Overall Champion and Reserve will receive a rosette and other prize.
12. Original Finish decorator models should be assigned a breed and shown in the appropriate breed class unless there is a specific decorator class available. Unicorns and Pegasi should be shown in the designated fantasy class.
13. Peter Stone Design-A-Chip Models should be shown in the "RR" division unless they have customization (ie. adjusted head or limbs, new mane, new tail, etc.)
14. Premier club, stablemate club, fairytale friends and vintage club stablemates will show in the limited run division.
15. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Your hostess and judges are here to help!
16. Medallions may not exceed 3 inches in length or width.

Tagging and the EMCAT System:
The front of the tags should have only the model's entry number, breed and gender showing. See example below, XYZ being your number, 001 being your horse's number. Only this side should be where the judge can see it.
Back of tags may have your name and the horse's name so you can ID them. You can find your show entrant number or get a number by emailing Daralyn Wallace. There is a list on the Region 5 Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/groups/namhsaregion5/ but Daralyn has the most up-to-date one.
